Considering Shadow's campaign will apparently take place during the events of Generations, I doubt Infinite will be present in this game but I do think Mephiles is very likely. As for levels, you've already named off almost all the levels I would've chosen (Kingdom Valley would be so cool if Mephiles does return) so here's some other things I want in this game. - Rouge, Omega, Maria, Gerald, and the G.U.N. commander being present in the game somewhere. - Knight's Passage and/or Shrouded Forest for the Black Knight levels. - Sunsets Heights or Mortar Canyon if Infinite does return somehow. - Neo Metal Sonic boss fight, throw in some Shadow androids in there. - Fuck it, why not add a Chaos 0 or an Emerl boss fight, both are pretty important to Shadow's backstory. - Super Shadow - More music for the base game juke box thing Some of these are very unlikely but eh I can dream

I hope we have a comic tie-in as well. I love to have basically every level you’ve just said including black knight. I really hope to see mephiles again he’s a damn good villain. As for the story, no restrictions and I would like to see two things. 1. Super Shadow and Sonic team up. 2. Shadow’s final goodbye to Maria like Archie 171 and a wholesome moment with Team Dark.

Since its appearance I always called it "Cyber-Corrupted Super Sonic" due to the Cyber Corruption, but Starfall Super Sonic is a good name in my opinion.

What about the Sonic Speed Cafe. They have been very successful and what’s the next step from there? A grand scale of Sonic theme parks around the globe and what I mean is theme parks that are bigger and grander than any other in the world.

I will not lie. This looks adorable and a lot of fun. Even if it is out of place I love that shadow is part of Sonic’s friend group.

I like how with most rumors and leaks, we’re always very skeptical but when Midori says it, it’s basically just fact. I’m just imagining Sega (and now apparently Square Enix and Nintendo) are frantically searching around trying to figure out “WHO IS THIS PERSON?!?!?!?”

This is big. The show prime, movies and frontiers have made this possible. I like how SEGA is fully focused getting better metascore and have upcoming projects getting more development. I’m very excited for the classic dreamcast games comeback and I’m excited for crazy taxi and I’m excited whatever next remake or remaster or DLC we’ll get for sonic.

I've never played games like Crazy Taxi and Jet Set Radio before, so I'm really looking forward to playing these new modern interpretations of these classic franchises.

Oh glad you mentioned the agents. I personally love the agents and weirdly villain than Wade's family issues If not because of episode of 1 & 2, Knuckles series will not get this oddly well received in rotten tomatoes and imdb. But yet they did and I was like "are we watching the same show?" This is coming from the person who like the human side story in movies

Still can’t believe they approved the first design.

I was in my freshman year of high school when I watched that trailer, and when I saw that design I was like “Yep. This is it. This is when Sonic dies”. Pre-Twitter btw 😅 And when the redesign happened I was, of course, VERY happy. Like he actually looked SONIC, and no matter if the movie was bad (which it wasn’t) I knew I HAD to watch it. It’s still insane to me how everything had rode in that redesign and that we would probably have been in the exact opposite of the position we’re in today if our boy never got his makeover.

As someone who has a very open-mind and creative freedom oriented thoughts when it comes to art, i was still willing to give the movie and design a chance despite the clear flaws. But, the fact they went ahead and listened to the criticism, and delayed the movie to redesign Sonic, and the result was arguably one of the best Sonic designs of all time is so amazing! Major props to Paramount and the creative team!

I was in my senior year in high school when the trailer came out. I was disgusted and disappointed with that ugly design that was 100% not sonic. I was happy that Jeff Fowler brought Tyson Hysse in to fix the design and sonic became adorable.

They should just release the original Cut of the Sonic Movie on Paramount+!

I don't truly remember but, I was in utter sadness when that popped up online. I remember thinking how bad it was for Jim Carrey to be laughed at for being in it. It was so bad for us Sonic fans. It was a dark time. Then the miracle happened. I was so happy, then when the redesign trailer came, I was screaming my head off. I couldn't go back to sleep cause of how early it came out. I remember the support the movie got afterwards. I was super happy, then we got Tails as an end credit scene. Remember when that was the biggest spoiler. Then all of Sonic 2 stuff! With knuckles and leaks!Now we're getting a 3rd installment with Shadow! What a time to live in. I never want to go back to those dark times.

i got to go to the one in cleveland ohio a couple weeks ago! best night of my life! they sprung pumpkin hill and unknown from M.E. on us because the knuckles show was releasing 6 days from then. had such a blast, wish it never ended. i don’t even remember why, but yesterday my brain was trying to convince me for a second that it was the 17th of april and i still had a symphony to go to in a few days, HA! i wish 😆

I'm interested to see where the story is going to go if final horizon is anything to go by. because I feel like it might be more separate from generations events then we think with the trailer hinting some kind of conflict between sonic and shadow. Sure, this could just be in the background of generations events with the Sonic's beating time eater as shadow traveling to different zones himself. But I think it will be cool of shadow is forced back into white space by something Eggman did maybe they take some ideas from fan theories that time eater is part of Solaris since we see crisis city return. maybe shadow will try and change the timeline. stop maria from dying or defeat black doom in a time he was not meant to. I doubt for good reason that they may do something that drastic but it would be cool.

I love how Silver does little homages to Dr Strange and/or Trunks with his hands 🤟

I've only seen the first three episodes so far, but overall it's a pretty fun show. I do agree that Knuckles deserved more screen time (though that might've been a budget issue), and the filler needed to be cut down. I actually thought the third episode was kinda cute (though you could tell the writers *really* wanted the sister to appeal to today's kids. She was a little too cringy for me. The mom was cool though). Really curious about the 4th episode. I hear it's pretty crazy. Can't wait to see it when I have the time.

The best 5 out of 10 I've given it's average. You're on point with the critiques I was just sloging through the last 3 episodes should've been called Wade and Knuckles, should've been an hour specifical, and the agents were fun! Sorta like Jesse and James from team rocket. Jeff Fowler should be in charge of everything going forward. Wade mom cool, that turnaround fight since in the kitchen was cool while the candles were burning down. the sister get rid of her. The musical with Wade was not bad but could've been shorter. The bowling tournament and Reno episode I hate the dad was the worst. they couldn't sprinkle in more knuckles in it!

Overall I too had a blast watching knuckles, and I loved the references and easter eggs especially the “Flames of Disaster” and Chief Pachacamac went from tyrant to goofball and I enjoyed watching Chris Lloyd as usual. Also the buyer could’ve been much more needed than being on the sidelines until the final boss. Even so it’s knuckles and there should’ve been some game soundtrack like his theme from SA2. I don’t regret watching this show, because seeing knuckles living life without angel island is so beautiful and he’s able to do whatever he wants, but I agree they better not do the same with shadow, because he’s popular. I was kind of disappointed there should’ve been a post credit scene where rouge joins gun to steal the master emerald for them to set up her role in movie 3. I give the show a 7.5/10 and I love the adorable animation intro.

I want to see momentum being the core of the GamePlay Like boosting being rewarded instead of required make the combat Chian together with the gameplay add strategy like rock, paper, scissors skilltree flesh out characters should control like soinc but have there own special ability that fits there characteristics Graphics being unleashed quality Boss being just as good as in frontiers Open zone should include classic sonic thopes collectibles that mean more than just a number going up Costumes to unlock like from mario odyssey

They should base new hub worlds off of sonic synergy the original version of sonic boom rise of lyric the open worlds looked awesome in the prototype trailers and concept art

What I want to see: In-game shops where you can purchase food, decorations, toys, and costumes. -Better combat system with a style system to go alongside it. -Momentum and better movement and traversal options -Platforming elements to be built within the open zone itself, make it look natural and actually part of the environment. -Hills, loops, corkscrews, curbs, ect. -Cyberspace stages to have open zone controls and a removed homing attack delay, better more open level design. They should be extensions of the open zone, no reused assets or level design from past games. -More mini games like the Big's fishing one. -Better level up system. -POIs within the open zone that fit the theme filled to the brim with NPCs who can talk to and take side quests from. -Better cutscene animations and just better animations in general. -Better models and a more refined and stylistic artstyle that's similar to the Sonic channel art we've been getting recently. -Items and elemental shields -Secret areas only accessible through certain characters via Sonic 3&K -An online multiplayer mode PVP races and battle arenas. Races can be similar to Rollin Rascal and Battle could be similar to Sonic Battle. -Optional custom character/robot that can also be used online. Think like the Lego games and how they have a custom character creator. Basically expand on what Forces and Superstars gave us in terms of customizable characters. -A Chao Garden/Island you can fully customize and share online similar to Chao Resort Island. -Vehicle mounts like how Speed Simulator does it.

This is a chance to add returning characters,like sticks,jet,silver,blaze,shadow,etc. Take down notes Sega.. Take down notes..

Even tho frontiers and Its story about the ancients is over, i want them to still touch up on some things that they teased, such as the ancients god mystery in final horizon, and this might be abit of a hot take, But i would love to see the end return in it, we had many teases about Its full power and how powerful It is, and while final horizons showed how powerful It really is by forcing sonic to go above all limits to win, i still think we need to see Its full strength in a grander way because It never completed Its reincarnation, Maybe even another solaris like boss against the 3 big hedgehogs, just my two cents because i really liked the end despite Its very short screen time and barely any dialogue in final horizons.

Hopefully sonic shadow and sliver will team up in the final boss fight in the Sequel

I want more unique areas and big places that connect together like botw where you can travel to the other side if the map by walking rather than loading screens all the time and such, being able to fly in the tornado to go in the sky and fly to angel island, realistic gimmicks that actually blend with environment as well as environment only gimmicks(so like no random rails and ballons everywhere, instead its in places that feel natural like rails in urban areas) also about the rails they should look and feel different like if i where in a jungle i could grind on vines, or the streets i could grind on actual rails or the cable lines on the street, or ice places or others not having random rails , and non if them can be floating, they have to connect in a realistic way to the ground unless its like an eggmam base where eggman has floating things around or something idk, but it should feel natural, and fun, also running on water and feel momentum in the environment as slope-ish environments, like sometimes in mountains in frontiers i wanst able to roll up cause it was rocky and didnt function smoothly so i had to find alt paths, instead i should be ablt to run all-over the place and “feel” like sonic, also each character should feel very unique so like maybe shadow could have his moveset in sonic x shadow gens, as well as moves from sonic battle,and combat for sonic this time less cyber space digital ish and less dbz and more sonic ish and natural, like make shadow the one to throw chaos spears and beams and sonic more speed wind and kicking and rolling, and knuckles and the rest to have moveset like in sonic battle, also the boost should be no boost but instead if you go fast enough with momentum you can “boost”through enemies and not get hurt, also make homing attacking and hurting enemies less slow paced(like that weird delay everytime i attacked someone) and more smooth, and a good cast of necessery characters and also not everyone should be combat based, maybe someone is more platformy than others or something, also use amy’s hammer more like how is a tarrot card a weapon?!?

I'd want a world more designed around sonic, like unleashed but in open zone. I also think being able to play as other characters for small portions of the game, like in 06, would be great. I think Ian Flynn wrote really good versions of the characters, and the only problem I had in frontiers was that it was sad to see them only half there, which was definitely the point. but if the next game has stakes like frontiers with a less depressing tone, I think it could be as good as adventure 2's story

For me here’s what I want: - Like others, I would like to see more Sonic-esque environments. Seeing Cities and eggman bases in an open zone would be great. - Bosses that are similar in style to the FF7R games. The bosses in frontiers were cool, but I feel dynamic fights like that would be amazing, especially if they’re doing character battles again. -Introduction of the IDW characters and reintroduction of some existing ones. They don’t have to all be playable, but it’d be cool just to know they’re there and even better if they’re part of the story.

Holy Crap this is Big News. It’s a miracle frontiers did well otherwise we wouldn’t get another big budget game. My wish is the same as yours, I would also like another Sonic, Shadow, and Silver adventure where they grow and evolve together. Also I would like to get a chance we to travel to cities or more islands other than green hill. Lastly, more opportunities to expand sonic lore like they did with the ancients and etc.

No pop in, better models for the characters (Sonic especially). Expression on the faces instead of what we've been getting. Shadow and Silver redemption. Unleashed looking environments. Kellin Quin or Crush 40 music. Super Boss fights. Physics! Better voice acting. Super Trio 2! Idw mentioning. Spitballing here

I'd like to see multiple playable characters from the get-go. An urban landscape for the characters to run around in. An energetic story with plenty of fun character interactions. And an expansion of the combat established in Frontiers. Also, I know Tails, Amy, and Knuckles are supposed to go on their own journey, but I still want to see them in the next game 🥺 It's selfish I know, but I'd miss them too much 😭
